This multifaceted marketing effort utilizes direct mail.  Simply put, your café will be sending a prospect letter to 200 neighboring business that introduces Le Macaron French Pastries as an option for catering, team building events, client visits and more. The prospect letter is enclosed inside an attractive Le Macaron envelope, along with ten coupons (a total of 2,000 coupons!) meant to be distributed to the neighboring business staff members.

WHICH BUSINESSES?

Businesses in your local area with 10+ employees... You can select businesses by radius or zip code or postal carrier route.

WHAT COUPON OFFER?

You will define your offer for the coupon - design your offer carefully as you want to attract NEW customers to your café for a first visit. The coupon will include your location information... address, phone, hours, website, email, socials, and so on.

WHAT KIND OF REDEMPTION SHOULD I EXPECT?

Response rates to direct mail vary by many factors; including but not limited to, the offer, the price of the product or service, the design and messaging of the mail piece, and the mailing list. You could expect to gain 2 to 10 new catering events (business accounts); as well as, 2% to 12% new customers (consumer accounts).

The mailing is turn-key; we complete every aspect while you participate in the decision-making process for the coupon offer, location information included on your coupon, and the geography we mail.
